We are discussing about Microwave Convection Recipes. The microwave convection oven is one of the best cooking appliances out there. Not only does it help you save time and money, but it also makes meal preparation simple. Whether you’re looking for a tasty dinner to make or need something quick and easy to heat up, these recipes are sure to please!

    Fish Parmesan

    Fish Parmesan

Tuna, salmon or tilapia can be used to make this popular recipe. Cook in the microwave for about 10 minutes and add a little oil, salt and pepper to taste. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

    Ham and cheese

    Ham and cheese

    • 1 pound cooked ham, diced (about 2 cups)
    • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a 9×12-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or oil, then set aside. In a large bowl, toss together the ham and cheese until evenly distributed throughout. Pour mixture into prepared pan; bake for 20 minutes or until bubbling at edges of casserole dish and heated through but still firm in center of each slice.

    Microwave Corn on the Cob

    • Use a microwave convection oven.
    • Use a microwave safe bag.
    • Remove the husks, but leave some on for flavor.
    • Add butter and salt before microwaving (if you don’t have any butter, use canola or olive oil). Cook in your oven at full power for 2 minutes on high, then 1 minute on high again. You can also add other seasonings such as chili powder if you’d like!

    Pepper Steak

    Pepper Steak

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pound beef round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 2 cups)
    • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided use
    • 2 teaspoons minced garlic, divided use
    • ¼ teaspoon salt, divided use Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, toss beef with 2 tablespoons of butter; season with salt and pepper to taste; set aside. Combine remaining butter or margarine in another bowl with remaining garlic and spread over top of beef mixture in baking pan; bake for 20 minutes or until desired doneness is reached (for medium rare). Remove from oven and serve immediately topped with sour cream if desired

    Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

    1 cup of flour

    1 tsp. baking soda

    1/2 tsp. salt

    1/2 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed (or more if you like your cookies super sweet)

2 eggs Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. In a medium bowl beat together the flour, baking soda and salt until combined then add in butter until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs – this should take about 3 minutes on high speed with an electric mixer or 5 minutes by hand depending on how much you want to mix up your dough! Add brown sugar gradually while mixing at low speed until incorporated into mixture; don’t worry if there are some lumps still left over! Beat in eggs one at time until fully combined into dough texture but not too runny; don’t worry about any streaks remaining because we’ll be adding chocolate chips later anyway…

    Baked Apples

Baked apples are a delicious way to use up any apples you have left over from your regular baking. You can use any variety of apple for this recipe, but we recommend using McIntosh or Granny Smith for their tart flavor and firm texture.

    To make baked apples:

    • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 degrees Celsius).
    • Peel, core and slice your apples into 1/8-inch thick slices. You’ll want about 6 slices per apple; don’t worry if they’re not all the same size!
    • Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so that they won’t stick together when cooking in the microwave (if you don’t have parchment paper then line another pan with foil). Bake them until golden brown—about 20 minutes—then remove from oven and set aside until cool enough to handle without burning yourself on their hot surface.[1]
