    How to Overcome Fear of Failure in the Defence Exams?

    • Listening to soothing music.
    • Having a short walk.
    • Talking with a family member or friend. 
    • Relaxing your eyes by taking a nap. 

    Try not to extend your short break beyond 20 minutes. It can waste your time. Furthermore, you won’t be able to complete your tasks for the day. 

    • Clear your doubts as soon as possible

    While preparing for the exam, it is obvious that you can have many doubts. So, try to clear those doubts as soon as possible. It can help you in getting clarity of the concept you are studying. If you are not able to clear your doubts by yourself, then seek help from a reliable source.
