    4. Make your space healthier by improving the air quality:-

    By using a humidifier, reducing blowing air on the thermostat, and avoiding smoking,

    you can help prevent dry eyes. Consider quitting smoking if you smoke.

    Use an adjustable desk lamp if you need light for writing or reading.

    Place your monitor away from windows and white walls, and close your blinds or shades.

    10. Make sure your monitor is adjusted:-

    The top of the screen should be at or just below eye level when you place your monitor directly in front of you. A chair that can  adjusted is also helpful.

    11. Put your documents in a holder:-

    Place print material on a document holder while you work on your computer if you need to refer to it.

    Some holders are designed to be placed between the keyboard and monitor,

    while others are placed to one side. Choose the one that works best for you.
