Step 1
This first step in our guide on how to draw a dandelion may require some patience and a steady hand. It would help if you started this dandelion by drawing a slightly oval shape that forms the center of the dandelion. Then draw slightly curved lines coming out of this central oval. Each has a small circle at the end, but you can use dots instead.
When you have completed these aspects, you can draw the stem of the dandelion. You should use a very sharp pencil or a fine point pen for this part. Ideally, you draw two curved lines that are closely parallel to each other.
If it’s too difficult, you can stretch them or use one thicker line instead of these two thin lines.
Step 2
For this part of your dandelion drawing, we will add a second small dandelion below the first. This dandelion will be drawn following the same steps you used for the first one, except this time it’s smaller and lower. The stem of this specimen will also be slightly more curved than the first.
