Contact the Seller Before Placing An Order
If you’d like to talk to the seller before making your order, then the most effective method to do so is via the Amazon “Ask a question” feature that is available on the Seller’s pages.
To locate the page of a seller go to the product’s listing and look for the Buy Box. In the lower part of the Buy Box, it should be announced, “Ships From” and “Sold By.”
If you are an FBA seller, the item will be delivered by Amazon however “Sold by” should be the actual seller.
If you’re trying to find an alternative seller, look below the Buy Box and select “New and Used from” which will show different sellers who are selling the same item.
All you need be doing is to click the name of the seller, and you’ll be taken to their account for sellers. When you’re there then click on the yellow “Ask a question” on the right-hand side of the screen.
When the button is clicked, Amazon will pop up the new window of the Seller Messaging Assistant. The Assistant will assist in curating messages for the seller.
If you have any questions about an item being sold or for purchase, you can contact the Messaging Assistant will provide you with several choices, including the product’s details such as return policy, shipping.
Choose the topic of your message. Then, you will be asked to compose a message that includes all the necessary details.
Buyer-Seller Message Center
The best method of contacting a seller is via the amazon message Center. If you have contacted the seller before or following buying a product, your prior messages and conversations will be displayed within the Message Center!

Contact the Seller After Placing an Order
In certain situations, it is possible to reach out to a seller following the time you have placed or placed an order.
This could include asking follow-up questions, raising an issue with your product, or making modifications to your order. If that’s the case, reach out to the seller via your orders.
Then you need to click on Orders in Your Account.

When you hit “Leave seller feedback,” you will be taken to a form on which you will be able to see the seller, product, and a form to fill out.
The form will require an evaluation from the seller (1-5 stars) as well as a question regarding the product and a comment box where you can send any feedback that you wish to send to the seller.
